Founded in 1999, Mayo Properties has over 25 years of experience in the San Antonio housing market. With a background in real estate investment, mortgage banking, marketing, and real estate sales, Mayo Properties is able to manage all of your property needs. Mayo Properties expanded into commercial real estate management in 2023 opening our portfolio to include single family homes and commercial space. Our services include but are not limited to collecting rent payments, creating and managing rental contracts, seeking appropriate tenants, and managing all maintenance and service needs. Being investors ourselves, we have a deep understanding of the needs of both tenants and property owners.
